175 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 9, § 003 - LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
To receive a license, an applicant must submit a complete application and meet the requirements for a license set out in statute, 175 NAC 1, and in this chapter. All standards referenced in this chapter can be obtained at Department of Health and Human Services, Licensing Unit, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln NE 68509 or be viewed on the Department's website.
