178 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 2, § 004 - VARIANCES
A design professional, or owner if 178 NAC 2-003.01 applies, may submit a variance request. A variance must be submitted on forms provided by the Department at least 30 working days before construction is to begin. A variance is at the discretion of the Department. The Department will not issue a variance if there is an increased public health or safety risk.
