180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 5, § 038 - RECIPROCITY
Licensees requesting reciprocal recognition of a license must meet the requirements of 180 NAC 3-028.
038.01
INDIVIDUAL RADIOGRAPHER CERTIFICATION. Applicants requesting reciprocal recognition of an individual radiographer certification must ensure that:
(A) The individual holds a valid certification in the appropriate category issued by a certifying entity, as defined in 180 NAC 5-002;
(B) The requirements and procedures of the certifying entity issuing the certification affords the same or comparable certification standards as those afforded by 180 NAC 5-016.01;
(C) The applicant presents the certification to the Department prior to the entry into the state; and
(D) No escalated enforcement action is pending with the NRC or in any other state.
038.02
EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATION. Certified individuals who are granted reciprocity by the Department must maintain the certification upon which the reciprocal recognition was granted, or prior to the expiration of such certification, must met the requirements of 180 NAC 5-016.01.
