180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 016 - RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAM CHANGES

016.01 REVISION LIMITATIONS. A licensee may revise its radiation protection program without Department approval if:

(A) The revision does not require a license amendment under 180 NAC 7-010;

(B) The revision is in compliance with the regulations and the license;

(C) The revision has been reviewed and approved by the RSO, licensee management and licensee's Radiation Safety Committee, if applicable; and

(D) The affected individuals are instructed on the revised program before changes are implemented.

016.02 RECORDS. A licensee must retain a record of each change according to 180 NAC 7-087.
