192 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 004 - Vending Facility Equipment and Initial Stock
004.01.
FURNISHING OF FACILITY EQUIPMENT AND INITIAL STOCK. The State Licensing Agency shall provide adequate and suitable equipment necessary for the operation of each vending facility. The SLA shall also furnish each facility with the initial stock of merchandise to establish the facility.
004.02.
OWNERSHIP OF FACILITY EQUIPMENT AND STOCK: All initial vending facility equipment and stock purchased by the state is and shall remain the property of the State of Nebraska while it is being used in the vending facility program, unless otherwise provided by Nebraska law.
