198 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 9, § 001

Bulk fertilizer and bulk liquid pesticide containers and appurtenances will be constructed, installed and maintained so as to prevent the release of a pesticide or fertilizer. The containers and appurtenances are to be structurally sound, resistant to corrosion, cracking and changes in temperature extremes, and compatible with the products stored therein.

001.01 Every container connection, except a safety relief connection, will be equipped with a manual shut-off valve.
001.02 Appurtenances will be adequately supported to prevent sagging and possible breakage because of gravity and other forces encountered in the ordinary course of operation.
001.03 Containers and appurtenances will be protected against reasonably foreseeable risks of damage by trucks and other moving vehicles or objects.
