210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 28, § 001 - Purpose
The purpose of this regulation is to eliminate the act of denying benefits or coverage on the basis of sex or marital status in the terms and conditions of life, sickness and accident insurance contracts and in the underwriting criteria of such insurance carriers.
