210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 32, § 011 - Severability clause
The invalidity of any one or more provisions of this Rule shall not affect any other provision of this Rule or any part thereof, and in case of any such invalidity, this rule shall be construed as if such invalid provisions had not been inserted.
