210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 52, § 012 - Exemption
Upon application by a statistical agent or an individual insurer, the Director may allow the submission of a report or statistical data at a specified later date if the submission of the report or data on the date required by this regulation would create a substantial hardship on the statistical agent or insurer.
