210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 52, § 014 - Severability clause
If any provisions of this rule, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of this rule which can be given effect without the invalid portion or application, and to that end, the provisions of this rule are severable.
