210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 006 - Retaliation
If the laws of another jurisdiction or other government require a domestic insurer to deposit securities in the state or other jurisdiction, all similar insurers domiciled in that state or jurisdiction shall deposit securities with the authorized depositories as described in section 003.
