234 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 8, § 005
Upon receipt of the appropriate renewal fee set forth in the fee schedule made payable to the Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors, compliance with all applicable rules, and approval of the Examining Board, the Secretary of the Examining Board will issue a "Renewal of Registration" pocket card to each registrant whose registration is in full force. Such renewal will be for the next biennium unless canceled, suspended or revoked by the Examining Board. The biennial fee is considered an application fee and will not be returned to applicants who are unsuccessful for any reason.
