247 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 020 - DECISIONS AND FINAL ORDERS
Where a decision or order is rendered by the Director adverse to any party in the proceedings, the order shall be in writing or set forth in the record, and accompanied by findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Copies of the decision and order and findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be delivered upon request to any party or his or her attorney of record. If the order requires revocation of a certificate, it will set forth the period of revocation or suspension and require that the certificate be returned to the Director.
