247 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 021 - APPEALS AFTER HEARING
Any party aggrieved by a final decision or order of the Director, made pursuant to these rules and the applicable statute, may appeal such decision or order in the manner provided in the Administrative Procedure Act for contested cases.
