247 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 014 - POST HEARING APPEAL
Any party aggrieved by a final decision or order of the Director made pursuant to these Rules and Regulations and the applicable statutes may appeal such decision or order in the manner provided in the Administrative Procedure Act for contested cases pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-917.
