The federal certification regulations are adopted and incorporated herein by reference so long as these standards do not conflict with the Pesticide Act. if there is an inconsistency between the act and the federal certification regulations, the act controls. A copy of the federal certification regulations is attached to these regulations on the department's website at https://nda.nebraska.gov/regulations/plant/PesticideActCFR.pdf.
