253 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 5, § 001 - Responsibility of Licensee
It shall be the responsibility of a licensed person, firm co-partnership, association, or corporation entitled to the purchase of dealer plates under Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-320 and 60-322, for the proper use of dealer plates issued or assigned to such person, firm co-partnership, association, or corporation under said Sections 60-320 and 60-322.
