262 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 002 - General Availability of Funds
Financial assistance from the Nebraska Soil and Water Conservation Fund shall be available only to landowners of land located in natural resources districts which have agreed to assist the Department in the administration of the Fund and have executed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department setting forth the terms of such assistance.
