262 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 004 - Incomplete or Inaccurate Claims for Payment

If in reviewing the claim for payment, the Department determines that the information contained thereon is incomplete or inaccurate, that an error exists in the final computation or that proper documentation has not been supplied, it shall so notify the district of such deficiency. The district shall then request the landowner to complete a new claim for payment. No payment will be authorized until the Department has determined that the claim for payment and the necessary supporting documentation are complete and accurate in all respects.
