270 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 002 - APPLICABILITY
These Rules and Regulations shall apply to all persons committed to the adult facilities of the Department of Correctional Services. These Rules and Regulations shall not be construed as limiting in any way the power and authority of the Board of Parole to establish policies and procedures for the administration of these rules or the Rules and Regulations of the Department of Correctional Services.
