273 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 005 - CLASSIFICATION DELEGATION
The Director may delegate limited classification authority to agencies. Such classification authority must be in writing and will specify the classes, or series of classes, for which an agency has authority, the time period for which authorization is given, as well as the reporting requirements. The Director may revoke such authority at any time.
