281 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 8, § 007 - PENALTY
The authorization to operate of any for-profit postsecondary institution which fails to comply with the provisions of this rule shall be subject to revocation pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 281 of the Nebraska Administrative Code.
