299 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 008
Any licensee whose license has been canceled for failure to pay the renewal fee when due must comply with all requirements of a new applicant and comply with Section 81-885.53 of the Nebraska Real Estate License Act, if applicable, in order to secure reinstatement of his or her license, except as provided in Section 81-885.14(1) of the Nebraska Real Estate License Act.
