395 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 006 - REPORTS REGARDING FOSTER HOMES
006.01
LICENSING VIOLATIONS. The Department will investigate any licensed foster home after receiving a report that the foster home or foster parents are not in compliance with the licensing regulations.
006.02
ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT. Any report about a foster home may be forwarded to the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline for the Department to determine whether the report involves allegations of child abuse or neglect.
006.03
REPORTING PARTY. The identity of the reporting party is not public information.
006.04
LICENSING ACTION. If the Department determines the report is credible, a licensing action may be initiated.
