4 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 011 - REPORT BY LOBBYIST OF ACTIVITIES DURING A LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Within 45 days of the completion of each regular or special session of the Legislature, each registered lobbyist shall submit to the Clerk of the Legislature a statement for each of his or her principals listing the legislation upon which such lobbyist acted, including identification by number of any bill or resolution and the position taken by such lobbyist. In the alternative the lobbyist shall show on his or her statement of activity the number of the amendment or procedural matter, if any, and a brief description which shall include the number of the bill or resolution to which the amendment or procedural matter pertains.
