405 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 2, § 002 - REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT
As permitted by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 68-1919, the two facilities with the highest volume of Medicaid residents shall pay a reduced quality assurance assessment of $ 1.98 per day.
