410 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 011 - EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS; LIMITATIONS
The Department of Roads shall not expend any funds under Title 410, Chapter 4, unless federal-aid matching funds are available for the purpose described in 23 U.S.C. 136.
