437 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 003
Any tax or fee associated with an electronic filing may be paid by any means allowable by law including credit card or electronic funds transfer. The allowable means of payment for electronic filings, if any, shall be determined by the agency or political subdivision accepting the filing.
