454 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 013 - NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING COMMITTEE; TERMINATION
A negotiated rulemaking committee shall terminate upon the adoption of the final rule under consideration by the Department pursuant to the APA, unless the Department, after consulting the committee, or the committee itself specifies an earlier termination date.
