457 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 16, § 003 - CORRECTION
If the application is incomplete, the Director shall list the deficiencies and specify a time limit for refiling the corrected application. Failure to refile the corrected application within the time limit specified shall cause the application to be dismissed.
