458 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 12, § 001
All dams shall be classified as high hazard potential, significant hazard potential, low hazard potential, or minimal hazard potential as defined in these rules. The Department will accept only those hazard potential classifications made by an engineer with experience in classifying dam hazard potential.
