471 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 16, § 005 - OVER-THE-COUNTER DRUGS
Covered drugs include only over-the-counter drugs indicated as covered on the Nebraska Point of Purchase System or those listed on the Nebraska Medicaid Pharmacy Program website. Over-the-counter drugs must be prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
