473 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 2, § 009 - TIME-LIMITED SERVICE EXCEPTIONS
Approval for extension beyond the initial six month authorization period for the sole purpose of ongoing advocacy or follow-up will not be granted. The following services are time limited:
(A) Services provided in conjunction with Adult Protective Services;
(B) Adult Day Services; and
(C) Homemaker.
