48 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 42, § 006 - INVESTMENT ADVISER REPRESENTATIVES
A person is exempt from the registration requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 8-1103(2)(a) if he or she is employed by or associated with a private fund adviser that is excluded from the definition of investment adviser in this state pursuant to this regulation and does not otherwise act as an investment adviser representative.
