48 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 42, § 007 - ELECTRONIC FILING
The report filings described in subsection 003.02. above. shall be made electronically through the CRD/IARD. A report shall be deemed filed when the report is filed and accepted by the CRD/IARD on the state's behalf.
