48 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 007 - AMENDMENT AND CORRECTION OF DOCUMENTS
If a material change in operations occurs, or if the information contained in any document filed with the Director is or becomes inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, the investment adviser shall promptly file a correcting amendment on the appropriate form within the time period specified in the instructions to that form. Such amendments and corrections shall be filed as directed in Section 005, above.
