482 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY
These regulations govern the responsibilities of the health plan in delivering the core benefits package to the Heritage Health member. The Department, assumes primary administrative and operational responsibility for the implementation of the Heritage Health programmatic requirements. The health plan must incorporate the information contained in this Title, as well as Title 471 Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC), which defines in detail the minimum service provisions required for the physical health, behavioral health, and pharmacy services under Medicaid.
