67 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 001 - Subject To Emergency Planning Requirements
The owner or operator of an additional facility designated in this title shall provide notification to the commission that it is subject to the emergency planning requirements of SARA Title III, Section 302 and 303, and these rules. Such notification shall be in writing and be provided within sixty (60) days after the additional facility first becomes subject to the requirements, unless the additional facility designation chapter(s) of this title require more stringent requirements.
