67 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 004 - Reporting Requirements-
Upon request of the Committee(s) having jurisdiction over the additional facilities, the owner or operator of an additional facility subject to this title shall promptly report to the Committee(s) in writing any information necessary for development or implementation of the Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP).
