67 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 8, § 004 - PAYMENT OF FEES
08.004.01 Fees for calibration shall be paid in advance of calibrations performed.
08.004.02 Fees for inspection, replacement of parts, and repair will be paid prior to receipt of the radiological instrument or instruments by the responsible agency, unless the responsible agency is a state or local governmental agency where fees may be paid within 30 days of receipt of the radiological instrument or instruments.
08.004.03 Under no circumstances will radiological instruments be returned to the responsible agency until all fees have been collected, unless otherwise specified in this regulation.
