78 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 008 - Appeal
Any criminal justice agency may appeal the results of an audit by notifying the Commission within thirty days of the agency=s intent to appeal. Commission staff shall schedule an informal hearing before the Data Processing Committee of the Commission within thirty days of receipt of written intent to appeal audit findings. The agency in interest shall be notified at least 20 days prior to the hearing.
