79 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 9, § 011
The Commission shall reduce its decision to writing, to include its findings of fact and conclusions of law and send a copy of its decision to the respondent via certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the respondent's last known address. Copies of the decision shall be sent to the attorneys representing the petitioner and the respondent. The decision shall be sent within five (5) working days after it is filed by the Commission.
