83 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 001 - Health Authority, Designated
The facility shall have a written agreement or contract with a physician or other health authority such as a hospital or clinic to provide health care services. If the health authority is other than a physician, final medical judgements shall rest with a single designated responsible physician licensed in the state.
