83 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 011 - Orders, Direct/Standing
All treatment provided by medical personnel other than physicians and dentists shall be performed pursuant to standing or direct orders. Physician's assistants and nurse practitioners may practice within the limits of state law, provided such practice is approved by the facility physician.
