83 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 021 - Facility Employees, When Informed on Juvenile's Medical Condition
Facility employees shall be appraised of the juveniles' medical conditions when they have a need to know to ensure the safety and well-being of the juvenile or others.
