83 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 17, § 007 - Single Occupancy Rooms
Single occupancy sleeping rooms or cells shall have a minimum of sixty (60) square feet of floor space and shall be equipped with at least a bed above the floor and storage shelf or compartment.
