93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 004 - Cost
The cost of any copies of the files will be assumed by the Department unless said copies are of material which had been previously provided to the employee, in which case the cost of such copies will be assessed to the employee at the rate per copy charged for public records per the Department's administrative policies regarding public access to records and reproduction costs.
