93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 11, § 005 - Notice
Employees will be notified by the Department in writing within ten (10) workdays of any information being placed in their personnel file by persons other than the employee which information bears upon the character of the employee or the employee's job performance. The Department will be required to reproduce the information for the employee in accordance with Section 003 of this Chapter.
