93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 12, § 002 - Payment for Vacation Leave
Vacation leave not used prior to the last day of employment will be paid to the employee in one lump sum, to be mailed to the employee after termination except as provided in Chapter 9, Section 004.04, of this Title.
