93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 011 - Demotion
Demotion means moving an employee from one job classification to another at a lower pay grade. Demotions maybe non-disciplinary as described in Chapter 6, Section 004, of this Title, or disciplinary as described in Chapter 13, Section 004.02, of this Title.
